Exporting Process Responsibilities (Lanes)
Process responsibilities (lanes) of all processes can be exported.
The export produces a CSV file with one line per process responsibility (lane), each with process name, process ID and revision. It covers all revisions, including those that have already expired, been discarded or imported. For one line per revision instead of per lane, use the export under Exporting Process Revisions.
Prerequisites
You are a BPM Manager or Process Owner for the process whose lanes you want to export.
Context
You can export the process responsibilities (lanes) of the process revisions to a file in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format. You can export the process responsibilities (lanes) of all process revisions. This includes, among others, revisions that have already expired, been discarded or imported.
You can open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel, for example. Each line represents one lane; the columns contain process responsibility, process name, process ID, revision etc.
