Settings

Who is allowed to do what, what things are called, and what the home page shows — the settings apply to the entire Process Space and lie with the BPM Manager, the account management with the Account Manager.

If you are both BPM Manager and Account Manager, Settings in the main menu opens a menu with two entries; as BPM Manager alone, Settings leads directly to Manage Process Space, and as Account Manager alone, Manage Account appears directly in the main menu. This area is structured according to these two entries:

• Manage Process Space — everything that applies to the entire Process Space: general settings, your own designations, Modeler defaults, analyses, and who enters the Process Space in which Bpanda role.
• Manage Account — leads out of Bpanda into the account management, where Account Managers manage licenses, users and groups and determine who is a Designer and BPM Manager.

The organization with its units, roles and employees is a separate area, as are the architecture settings.
