Defining Process Roles

Assign the owner, contributors and participants of an individual process — responsibility, permissions and notifications all depend on this.

You define the owners, contributors and participants of a process on the process page, all three under ⋮ Roles and Permissions. Anyone who receives a role is notified, and Bpanda subscribes them to the process, see When You Receive Which Notification.

• Appointing a Process Owner — determine the business contact person for the process, along with a deputy.
• Appointing Process Participants and Contributors — who finds the process under Relevant Processes and who has access to all process versions and attachments.
