Using Analytics

As a BPM Manager, you can use information about the Process Space.

On the Manage Process Space page, which you can access in the main menu under Settings, as a BPM Manager you will find the following key figures in the Analytics tab.

Reviews section

- Unsuccessful reviews
- Unfinished reviews
- Average number of review participants
- Average review duration (median - start to completion)
Q&A section

The number of the following Process Space elements is displayed here:
- Number of questions
- Number of answers
- Number of unanswered questions
- Average time until the first answer to questions
Organization section
- Organizational units
- Roles
Jobs section — only if jobs are activated in your Process Space
- Number of running jobs
- Processes with running jobs
