Using the Architecture Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a quick overview of the architecture element reports. Each tile shows the results of one report.
The Reports tab opens first when you go to the Architecture area — the dashboard is therefore your entry point to the area.
How to proceed
- Select Architecture.
- Select the Reports tab.
The architecture dashboard displays the results of the reports in your Process Space in tiles. A BPM Manager determines which reports these are: Define architecture settings. You can find a list of all reports available in Bpanda under Available reports.
The tiles
Select the info icon in the top right of a tile to get more information about the respective report.
Select the details icon in the top right of a tile (Go to report details) to open the report details. There you will find the chart in a large view, the description and a detail table; select Share to copy the link to the report. If a tile does not contain any results, it shows No data available.
Filtering
In the left-hand area you can restrict which reports are displayed:
- All Names — text search in the name of the report
- All Categories — BPM, Compliance, EAM, Governance, Innovation, Optimization, Performance, Quality, Risk, Strategy
- All Architecture Elements — the element types a report requires
- All Architecture Layers — the ArchiMate layer of these element types
- All Chart Types — for example donut chart, single value or table
- Activated On — period from/to
- Activated By — the person who activated the report
The filter area only appears once more than one report is activated in your Process Space. Bpanda also only displays the individual filters if there is something to distinguish — if all activated reports belong to the same category, the category filter is missing.
