Editing a template for risks and opportunities

Change or delete an existing template, maintain its controls and see in which processes it is used.

You can edit or delete existing templates.

Prerequisites

You are a Risk Manager or BPM Manager.

You are in the Templates tab.

Context

In addition, you can open an existing control or add a new control.

The use of the template in the processes is displayed. You can navigate directly to them.

How to proceed

1. Click the template you want to edit.

   The details are expanded.

2. To edit the details, select ⋮ Edit.

   The Edit risk or Edit opportunity dialog appears.

3. Make your changes and confirm them with Save changes.

   The dialog closes.

4. Click the name of the risk or opportunity you have edited.

   The details are collapsed.
