Publishing a Risk Analysis
The risk analysis is published by the Risk Manager or the BPM Manager to make this information accessible to everyone who is permitted to see the respective process.
Publishing is done from the process page via ⋮ Analyze Risks. In doing so, you define the Validity Period — once it ends, the analysis is considered expired — and you can add a description.
Prerequisites
You must be a Risk Manager or BPM Manager.
Risks and chances for a process or a process element have been recorded and not yet published.
Context
After the risks and chances have been recorded by the Process Owner, they must be published by the Risk Manager so that they are visible to the authorized Process Users.
If the analysis contains no risks and chances when it is published, Bpanda marks the process as not relevant. The Publish Risk Analysis ‘<Process name>’ page informs you of this beforehand. The process is then not counted in the risk management analytics.
Once the risk analysis has been published, it is displayed on the process page in the Risk Analyses section and can be opened by clicking on it.
Risk Managers, BPM Managers and Process Owners see all analyses on the process page, including those not yet published. Process Users and Designers only see the most recently published analysis. It is available on the process page, and its risks and controls are also shown in the process full screen.
