Using Tabular Sequence Lists
shows the process sequences in a tabular form.
Context
The
shows the process sequence as a table if you do not wish to view it as a diagram. You can use filters to make things more clear and easy to understand, e.g. . The entries that do not belong to the instance of all filters set are grayed out.Only one process content can be expanded to view its details.
Name, type, description and existing previous and subsequent processes are shown. Previous and next steps can be skipped using the link in the list.
Branches and merges are shown with their conditions.
How to proceed

Click on the
tab if you are in another tab on the process page.The process is shown as a sequence list. The first process content is initially shown along with its details; if this is not shown, then the process content which was last expanded is shown.

To highlight certain process content in the sequence list, click on
or another filter and select the type which should be highlighted.
The filter is shown above the sequence list. Click on
to remove it.

To expand different process content, click on
to the right in the process content's row.
The details about the process content are shown.
Process owners and collaborators can add documents of up to 50 MB as attachments and manage HTTP links to web addresses and videos for each process step.

Click on the link to jump to the previous or next process step.
The previous or next process content appears.
