Viewing Process Diagrams in Full Screen Mode

The process diagram always opens from the process page in full screen mode. You can then use the mouse wheel or buttons to change its size.

Context

Process diagrams are normally used to describe a regulated sequence of certain processes. They show individual activities (tasks) in a sequence flow that are started, influenced and ended by events. They also take branches and merges (gateways) into consideration.

Full screen view enables a diagram to be viewed in various sizes so that you can see all details, even in very detailed processes.

Full screen view can also be opened by clicking on the miniature view of a process in the search results.

You can change the  display size or  diagram size to fit the window when in full-screen mode.

You can select the process or an element and see detailed information about it to the right in the expandable area Properties in the Overview and Risk Analysis tabs.

The Guide offers an alternative step-by-step navigation through each process.

You can share the diagram or a selected element with your colleagues by creating a link to the specific version or to the process version which is currently valid. If you select a certain version, then the link takes you to precisely that selected process version or revision. If you create a link which takes you to the version which is currently valid, then you can be sure that this won't need to be replaced when a new version of the process becomes valid.
