Clearly Understanding Processes
Business processes show the sequence of work tasks to be completed, taking events, conditions and decisions into consideration. Bpanda helps you to understand a process.
Processes show assignments in a certain order and in certain dependencies. Assignments are summarized. An event starts the process, other events influence the progress and end a process. Branches and merges in the sequence of the process are shown by so-called gateways.
Sequence diagrams are the way a process is normally shown. They use the "Business Process Model and Notation" (BPMN) notation or flow lists that show certain sequences of tasks using certain methods.
Bpanda helps you to understand each process regardless of whether you view it in a table or using BPMN. It also has a guide that can take you through the process diagram and explain the icons.
You can also see all other people who are involved in the process, i.e. the Process Owner and other participants.
Every process page contains the following help so that you can understand processes in Bpanda.

You can create jobs for the process at the bottom right if the process has the necessary prerequisites. The
triangle on the
button shows you whether the necessary prerequisites are there, e.g. if the process contains elements which are unsupported. Clicking on
shows you the warning message.

The Process Owner can assign you as if you are an expert for a particular process. Your assignment is then to provide information about the process. This might be attachments about the process or answering process users' questions.
