Giving Feedback About a Process
You can be assigned to the review as Participant. It is your job to assess the process revision and its content and give you feedback as a comment. You will then rate the process and give a reason for your rating.
Prerequisites
You have been assigned to the review as Participant.
You have opened a review and are on the review page.
Context
All review participants must rate a process revision. You can use comments to discuss the entire process and particular process content with other Participants and Process Owners.
The aim of the evaluation is to rate the process in the
tab.The
tab contains the following options.-
Section Window
An icon
shows that the element has been commented on.
You can jump to the process view from the section window by clicking on
. If an element is selected here, then it is adopted when you return to the feedback.

Navigation Buttons
Navigation buttons can be found below the section window (below the description window if working on a small screen).
Navigating through the process uses icons you will recognize from a remote control. They also work similarly to this.

To the next step, selection may be required
To the last step (end event), selection may be required

Description Window
The entire process or single process steps are shown in the description window with any information contained about it. There are various next steps you can select after a gateway or task.
The following information appears for each step reached.
Name
The process diagram author sets the name. Not all elements have a name.
Type
The type is defined in Standard Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
You can open an explanation of the type with

An expandable area with the following information:
Process diagram authors created the process step description.
You cannot edit the description in Bpanda. You can request changes under or in a review.
Process participants can only see lanes modeled in the process here.
Process Owners can assign users and groups to lanes. You can only see this assignment in the tab.
Process Collaborators can assign attachments to the process and individual process content. These can be opened by all users.

Various alternative or parallel steps can be added to a gateway or task. You can then select various links.

Area for Label, Comments and Dialog
There is a floating section at the bottom for adding comments about the entire process or the process content currently being shown; this section cannot be moved. You can directly add the comment and a comment label (done, improvement suggestion, decision required! etc.) or reply to comments here.
How to proceed

Click on the review page.

To comment on the entire process, click on
.
The entire process is shown as context. Your comments and answers now refer to the entire process.

Click on a step or
to select the next step if you want to comment on particular process content.
The first step in the process flow is normally a start event. The process step shows the name, type, description, process participant and any attachments. Your comments and answers now refer to this process content as context.

Click on the respective navigation button to jump to the entire process or the previous, next or last element.
If there is more than one next step or end event possible, then select the one you want.
Information about the element is shown. If necessary, expand the area.

If you want to add a label to the comment, click on
and select a label.The label is shown.

If you want to enter a comment about the context shown, click on the
input field and enter a comment.The
Send icon is activated Click on the icon to save the comment.

To edit or delete your comment, click on
or .
A dialog appears that contains the functions available.

To reply to a comment, click on
.A field appears to add your answer. Enter your answer here. To leave the dialog, click on
Send.
