Recording Workflows
Process Designers can use the integrated Modeler to easily create complex processes and supports all basic BPMN elements. It is even easier to use the Happy Path.
Thanks to its integrated Modeler and draft concept, Bpanda has all you will need for creating and modifying processes in a graded level of detail.
Bpanda has a standardized interface for BPMN files, allowing you to use process diagrams from any modeling tool.
You can start off sketching the process flow by entering a name and description.
The next level uses the so-called Happy Path to show the standard flow without branches. You can also use lanes. Bpanda then creates a corresponding process diagram at the same time.
You can use the Modeler for creating a complex process; add branches, merges, conditions, decisions, events etc. to BPMN diagrams.
As Process Designer, you have the following options available when creating flows and drafting processes:
-
You can use drafts in Bpanda to create flows from scratch. You only need a name and a description to start sketching a process draft.
-
The so-called Happy Path shows the standard flow without branches. You can use lanes if you so desire. Bpanda then creates a corresponding process diagram at the same time. A Happy Path might also (initially) be sufficient documentation for a process.
-
You can use the integrated Modeler for creating complex processes as drafts. You can also use it on mobile devices. The Modeler is very easy to use and supports all basic Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) notation elements.
-
Submit your process. The BPM Manager can add new processes to the process map. The draft is assigned directly to the process as an updated process revision. The Process Owner organizes the release workflow.
-
Processes can also be imported into the process space from all standard modeling tools via the interface for BPMN files. If you are used to working with one of these tools, then you can continue to create your flows there.
