Rating a Process Version

If you are assigned to a review as a Participant, then you are expected to give a recommendation at the end of the review as to whether the process version can be released or not.

Prerequisites

You have been assigned to the review as Participant.

You have opened a review and are on the review page.

Context

Final rating of the process version (revision) forms the basis for a Process Owner's decision about whether to release and publish a process.

My Rating shows the current rating status and enables selection of rating results via the  button.

You can add three labels to a rating:

  •  Can be Approved

This process version can be unconditionally approved

  •  Can be Conditionally Approved

This process version can only be approved if the points raised in the discussion are corrected

  •  Should Not be Approved

This process version should not be approved

The Process Owner decides whether a process version (revision) is released and published.
