Using Control Reviews

What do you use the Control Review tab for?

Review analysis of regular controls helps ensure reliability of risk analyses.

Structure of Control Review Tab

The tab contains menus for Overall Review and Controls without Review as well as the review criteria Realization, Design, Efficiency and Adequacy of the controls.

You can click on most information to see more detailed information about the respective processes.

You can look at the overall information in more detail if menus have a blue icon or by using the link.

Click on the  Back button to return to the tab.

• Overall Review

  A pie chart shows which control reviews are set as Open, Good, Acceptable or Weak.

  Click on the icon to open an overview of all reviewed controls.

  Clicking on the respective piece of pie in the diagram opens the control reviews which correspond to that status.

• Controls without Review

  Shows all published controls that a review has not been created for yet.

  Click on one of the controls to add a control review.

• Realization, Design, Efficiency, Adequacy

  Show the overview of the respective review criteria for all control reviews.

  You can quickly see how often controls have been carried out.
