Assessing Risks and Chances
The Process Owner can create risks and chances for processes and process elements and evaluate them in a matrix based on incidence rate and extent of damage. The priority and control support derived from this information help to focus on the relevant elements in the process landscape.
Creating and Evaluating Risks and Chances
The Process Owner adds an evaluation to the chances and
risks. The risk analysis functions help with this.
Note
You can only create risk analyses for published process versions; you cannot create risk analyses for processes that are being reviewed.
Reviewing Controls
Risk controls are used for review purposes. Ensure that any changes to the risk have been identified. Control reviews are used for determining the quality of the controls.
