You'll find the **Support** menu at the bottom of the main menu, at the question mark.

## What the menu holds [#what-the-menu-holds]

- **Help** opens this help in a new tab.
- **Contact** shows the **BPM Managers** of your Process Space along with their contact details. The entry only appears if a BPM Manager is assigned to the Process Space at all — for anything concerning your Process Space, they are your first point of contact.
- **System Info** opens the **System Information**: Version, Created On, Git Commit and Host. Use the icon next to the version to copy it to the clipboard.

## What the system information is for [#what-the-system-information-is-for]

Whether something is a defect or simply not yet included in your version depends on the release level of the system. That is why the **version** belongs in every incident report — copy it from the dialog instead of typing it out. How to reach Bpanda Support and what else belongs in a report is described in [Contact Support](/en/support/contact-support).
