The way to do this is not via the individual process pages, but via **Processes** > **Manage Processes**, **Actions** tab, **Publish Risk Analyses** action. You define the end of validity and the description there once; they apply to all selected analyses together.

## Prerequisites [#prerequisites]

You must be a **Risk Manager** or **BPM Manager**.

Risks and chances for a process or a process element have been recorded and not yet published.

## Context [#context]

The **Publish Risk Analyses** page contains a table with columns such as **Process Name**, **Version**, **Process Owners** and **Valid Until**, each of which you can restrict to specific entries using **Filter**.

The table shows the processes with unpublished risk analyses, split across several pages if necessary.

The check boxes are used to select the processes for which a risk analysis is to be published.

An **information dialogue** can be opened for each process.

What publishing does and who sees the analysis afterwards is described under [Publishing a Risk Analysis](/en/risks/manage-risks-and-chances/publishing-risk-analysis#context).

## How to Proceed [#how-to-proceed]

1. In the main menu, select **Processes** > **Manage Processes**.

The overview page of the same name appears.
2. Select the **Actions** tab.
3. Select the **Publish Risk Analyses** action in the **Approvals** tile.

The page of the same name appears. If there are no unpublished risk analyses, a message appears.
4. To restrict the list of processes with unpublished risk analyses using filters, click **Filter**, set the filter and close the filter selection by clicking the filter again.

   The table is restricted accordingly.
5. Activate the check boxes of the processes for which a risk analysis is to be published.
6. Click **Perform action on [Number] version(s)**.

The **Publish Risk Analyses** dialogue appears.
7. Click in the date field and define the end date of the validity of the assessments in the calendar dialogue, or click one of the period buttons.
8. Enter a description of the risk analyses.
9. Click **Publish Risk Analyses**.

   The dialogue is closed.

The selected risk analyses are published. The published analyses are listed in the respective process overview under **Risk Analyses**.
