## Context [#context]

When you call up the process page, the **Overview** tab is displayed.

From top to bottom, the overview provides the following page content:

- Information on the status in the release process (for authorised roles only)

The statuses depend on the defined release process. The release process must be started for every process version that is to be published. However, the process version can also be discarded.
- **Descriptions**

In addition to the description of the process, you can use the **Show more** button to list the process contents (activities) and their type and description.
- **Attachments**

Process Owners and Process Contributors can upload documents up to a size of 50 MB as attachments and manage HTTP links to web addresses and to videos. See [Adding attachments](/en/processes/create-process-drafts/add-attachments).
- **Process Owners**

The **Process Owner** is initially defined by the **BPM Manager**.
- **Process Contributors**

**Process Contributors** are assigned by the **Process Owner**.

Each role is shown as a button with the number of assignments. To see the individual users and groups, click the role — it expands.
- **Process Participants**

Process Participants are assigned by the **Process Owner**.

Each role is shown as a button with the number of assignments. To see the individual users and groups, click the role — it expands.
- **Linked architecture elements**

This section is displayed if the process is linked to architecture elements and shows the element with its relation type in each row. They are linked in the draft of the process by **Process Owners**, **BPM Managers** or **Designers**. Use the **Show invalid** and **Show hidden** switches to add elements that otherwise remain hidden; **Group by linked elements** rearranges the list. See [Linked architecture elements and relation types](/en/architecture/manage-linked-architecture-elements).
- **Process context**

This section is displayed if called or calling processes are modelled in the process. These processes are listed with their name, version and responsibility and can each be accessed directly via the linked name.
- **Risk analyses**

This section lists the risk analyses of the process whose validity period overlaps with that of the displayed process version. Risk analyses belong to the process, not to an individual version, and have their own validity period. With **Show All** you also see the remaining ones; for a revision that has not yet been published, the section shows all of them anyway.
- **Versions**

The respective validity periods and change comments are displayed for the process versions.

Authorised roles can see all process versions regardless of their validity.

The display can be restricted to the published versions.

## How to proceed [#how-to-proceed]
