Viewing my processes

Processes to which you have been assigned as a Process Participant, Process Contributor or Process Owner can be found on the start page under Relevant for me > Processes on the Relevant Processes page.

You are assigned by the Process Owners; the page only shows valid processes and states your role below each entry. Using the filter in the header area, you can restrict the display to one of the three roles.

Prerequisites

You have been assigned to at least one valid process as a Process Participant, Process Contributor or Process Owner.

Context

Valid processes to which you have been assigned as a Process Participant, Process Contributor or Process Owner are displayed on the Relevant Processes page.

How to proceed

1. On the start page, under Relevant for me, select the Processes heading.

   The Relevant Processes page appears. The filter in the header area is set to All Roles. Only the roles you actually have are available for selection, each with the number of processes.

   The role in which you are assigned to the process is displayed below each process.

2. To change the filter, click the filter and an entry.

   The display is adjusted accordingly.

3. To open a process, click the name or the thumbnail of a process.

   The process page appears. The Overview tab is displayed.
