The headings correspond to the categories in the **Filter** on the **My Tasks** page. **Due** means the task has a date, is sorted accordingly and is marked as overdue once that date has passed. Blocked users of a process do not receive any tasks for it. If a process is hidden, its tasks are hidden as well.

## Job

| Task | Who receives it | When it ends | Due |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Complete the job '<Name>'** | whoever the current work step is assigned to | when the work step is no longer assigned to you or the job is completed or cancelled | with the job's deadline, if there is one |
| **The job '<Name>' can be taken** | everyone who can take over the work step: the group, the organizational unit or the area of responsibility (lane) | when you are no longer one of the possible processors, e.g. because someone has taken over the step, or the job ends | with the job's deadline, if there is one |

The **assigned to me only** toggle hides the second task. See [Jobs](/en/jobs).

## Review

| Task | Who receives it | When it ends | Due |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Submit your assessment in the review for process '<Title>' revision '<Revision>'** | Review Participants who have not yet submitted an assessment | when you have submitted your assessment, are removed from the review or the review is ended | at the review's end date |
| **End the review for process '<Title>' revision '<Revision>'** | Review Owners | when the review is ended with a decision | at the review's end date |
| **Revise revision '<Revision>' of process '<Process Name>' in order to carry out another review** | Process Owners | when a new revision of the process is submitted or imported | no |

The third task arises when a revision was not approved in the review. See [Reviews](/en/reviews).

## Q&A

| Task | Who receives it | When it ends | Due |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Answer the question '<Title>' for process '<Process Name>'** | Process Owners and Process Participants of the process, except the person who asked | when you have answered the question or it is deleted or archived | no |

If someone else has answered the question, your task remains; delete it yourself in that case. For a version that does not have the status **Valid** or **Previous**, Process Participants only receive the task if they are also BPM Managers, Designers or Process Contributors. If **Q&A** is switched off in the Process Space, these tasks are hidden. See [Asking and answering questions about the process](/en/processes/understand-processes/questions-and-answers).

## Process Validity [#process-validity]

| Task | Who receives it | When it ends | Due |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **The version of your process '<Name>' is expiring**, after expiry **… has expired. Please take care of a new process version** | Process Owners and BPM Managers | when a successor version is published or the validity is extended. The task then disappears and reappears six weeks before the end of validity of the latest published version. | at the end of validity of the latest published version |

The task appears six weeks before the end of validity; if the version is valid for less than six weeks, it appears when the validity begins. See [Adjusting validity](/en/processes/release-process/adjust-validity).

## Approval Process [#approval-process]

| Task | Who receives it | When it ends | Due |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Start the approval process for revision '<Revision>' of process '<Process Name>'** | Process Owners | when the approval process is started or the revision is discarded | no |
| **Create a review for revision '<Revision>' of process '<Process Name>'** | Process Owners | when the review is created | no |
| **Publish revision '<Revision>' of process '<Process Name>'** | Process Owners | when the revision is published or the approval process is ended | no |

Bpanda creates the task for the step the approval process is currently at. While a review is running, there are none of these tasks. If you delete one of them, you will no longer receive tasks for the later steps for that revision either. See [Approving and publishing processes](/en/processes/release-process).

## Risk Management [#risk-management]

| Task | Who receives it | When it ends | Due |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Carry out a risk analysis for process '<Process Name>'**, for the first time | BPM Managers and Risk Managers | when a risk analysis for the process is started or published | no |
| **Carry out a risk analysis for process '<Process Name>'**, for an update | BPM Managers and Risk Managers | when the update is started or published | at the expiry of the existing analysis |

The first task arises as soon as a process version becomes valid for which there is not yet a risk analysis; the second one 30 days before an analysis expires. See [Risks](/en/risks).
