On the **Notifications** page, you decide what you have read, what can go, and which processes you want to keep subscribing to.

## Context [#context]

You can access your **Notifications** at any time in the header area. You are informed about the current number of unread notifications.

The **Notifications** page has two tabs. On the **Messages** tab, you see your notifications, filter them by category, and delete them individually or all at once. On the **Subscriptions** tab, you see the processes you have subscribed to and end subscriptions.

With the **Filters** above the message list, you display only the notifications of certain categories. Available for selection are the categories in which you have notifications: **Attachment**, **Import**, **Organization**, **Personal**, **Process**, **Q&A**, and **Review**. Which event ends up in which category is described in [When you receive which notification](/en/getting-started/notifications/which-notification-when).

The filters follow what the list shows: if **Show unread only** is ticked in the filter menu, a category whose notifications you have all read is missing. Remove the tick to see the read ones as well.

Whether a notification has been read also determines the e-mail: only what is still unread at the time of sending is included in the daily summary. A notification can only appear in the first daily summary after it arrives. If it has already been read at that point, it is not included in any e-mail. If you set an older notification back to unread, it appears in the list again, but you will not receive another e-mail for it.

Notifications are kept for 180 days after they arrive. After that, Bpanda deletes them automatically, read and unread alike, from all categories. Your subscriptions are not affected by this.

## How to proceed [#how-to-proceed]

- To display the processes you have subscribed to, select the **Subscriptions** tab on the **Notifications** page. There you can end subscriptions. An ended subscription stays ended; Bpanda does not recreate it on its own, not even when your role changes. You can subscribe to the process again at any time via **Turn on notification** on the process page.
- To mark all unread notifications as read, select ⋮ **Mark as read** on the **Messages** tab. The markers are switched from **unread** to **read**.
- To delete all read notifications, select ⋮ **Delete read notifications** on the **Messages** tab. All read notifications are deleted **without confirmation**.
- To delete all notifications, select ⋮ **Delete notifications** on the **Messages** tab. A dialog states the number and asks for confirmation; once you confirm, they are permanently deleted.
- To delete a single notification, click **Delete notification** on the right of the notification row. The notification is deleted **without confirmation**.
- To mark a single notification as read, click **Mark notification as read** on the right of the notification row. The marker is switched to **read**.
- To mark a read notification as unread again, click **Mark notification as unread** on the right of the notification row. It counts as unread again; this does not trigger an e-mail.
