A **BPM Manager** invites Process Users to a Process Space. Every Bpanda user has the rights of a **Process User**.

The **Process Owner** assigns a **Process Participant** to a specific process.

## I have been invited to a Process Space. What can I do? [#i-have-been-invited-to-a-process-space-what-can-i-do]

Once a **BPM Manager** has invited you to a Process Space, you are a **Process User** and therefore have the basic permissions of all Bpanda users. All valid processes are made available to you in the Process Space.

What this role is allowed to do is described in [Roles and Authorizations](/en/getting-started/roles-and-authorizations).

If the **Process Owner** assigns you to a process, you are a **Process Participant** who is directly affected by this process.

Users can be blocked from individual processes; these processes are then not visible to those users.

## How do I find a process? [#how-do-i-find-a-process]

You can find a process in the Process Space using the search function or navigate to a process in the **Process Map**.

The search takes you directly to a search result. The **Search in 'Name of the Process Space'** input field is displayed in the header area on every page. As you type in the search terms, you receive a dynamic list of results. See [Searching in the Process Space](/en/getting-started/searching-in-process-space).

The **Process Map** gives you an overview of the structure in which the processes are available in the Process Space. On the start page, click a process area in the **Process Map** and navigate through the Process Space levels to the process you want. You are now on the process page and can navigate to the information you need. See [Navigate in the process hierarchy](/en/processes/find-processes/navigate-in-process-hierarchy).

You can **Add to 'Favourites'** for a process and thus navigate directly to it at any time. You find your **Favourites** on the right of the **Start Page** in the **Relevant for me** area; the heading opens the full list. See [Manage favourites](/en/processes/find-processes/manage-and-view-my-favorites).

## How do I know which processes I am involved in? [#how-do-i-know-which-processes-i-am-involved-in]

If the **Process Owner** assigns you to a process, you are a **Process Participant** who is directly affected by this process. These processes are displayed under **Relevant Processes** with **I am a participant**.

**Process Participants** are automatically supplied with the relevant information about their processes by notification, see [When you receive which notification](/en/getting-started/notifications/which-notification-when).

When you open a process, the breadcrumb navigation shows you how the process is classified in the process hierarchy, i.e. where your process area is located on the **Process Map**.

Users can be blocked from individual processes; these processes are then not visible to those users.

## How can I ask questions about a process or answer questions? [#how-can-i-ask-questions-about-a-process-or-answer-questions]

Questions and answers are available on the process page in the **Q&A** tab. How to ask and answer questions is described in [Ask and answer questions about the process](/en/processes/understand-processes/questions-and-answers).

## Why does my colleague see more process versions than I do? [#why-does-my-colleague-see-more-process-versions-than-i-do]

Different roles can be assigned to users in Bpanda. In general, all users see the valid version of every process and – if available – the version that has already been released but is not yet valid.

As a **Review Participant** or **Designer**, you also see other versions. **Review Participants** can, for example, also see the revision they are currently reviewing or have reviewed, even though it has not been released. **Designers** can edit drafts for such a new process version.
